Here at Fisher Home Furnishings all of our warranty plans are by Guardian West. Guardian West is an established company that has been helping serve customers since 1977. Like us, they understand that purchasing new furniture is a big decision and important investment. That is why we take great pride in offering the best warranty coverage plan for our customers! Instead of charging a separate warranty for every product, our warranty will cover the entire purchase all at once! Rest easy with our comprehensive warranty that will cover all types of furniture from sofas, tables, chairs, mattresses and more! Whether your furniture is made of wood, leather, vinyl, or fabrics our warranty will cover it!

Not only that, but we even include a Furniture Care Kit that will help extend the life of your furniture! You will have a 5 year supply of stain removing formulas, fabric protectants and even a wood polish! Whenever you start to run low just stop by the store and we'll refill or replace the care products for free for the full extent of your warranty!

I've purchased a Warranty, now what?

Once you have your warranty, we recommend registering your warranty with Guardian West. The warranty is valid even if you do not register it, but it helps to have your purchase details on file before a mishap occurs. You can access the registry form by clicking here.

Do I need to keep my sales receipt?

Even after you have registered your warranty we recommend keeping your sales receipt from your purchase. Should you need to submit a claim to Guardian West they will want to use the invoice to confirm which specific furniture needs their care. This information is crucial to successfully servicing your furniture after an accidental stain or damage.

I have a stain on my furniture, who do contact?

Guardian West requests all claims be submitted within 5 days of accidental stain or damage occurrence. To file a claim simply call their customer service department. Their phone number and hours can be found here.

Why must I report a claim / stain within 5 days?

We want you to have stain free furniture as much as you do! Obviously the sooner we can get to the staining problem the easier it is to be removed. Help us help you by contacting us as soon as an accidental stain or damage occurs!

Is it okay to use my own care products instead of the ones provided?

No, using other cleaning products unfortunately voids the Guardian West warranty, but this is one of the reasons why we provide a furniture Care Kit that can be refilled for the full 5 years of your warranty.
