I've purchased a Warranty, now what?

Once you have your warranty, we recommend registering your warranty with MFS. The warranty is valid even if you do not register it, but it helps to have your purchase details on file before a mishap occurs. You can access the registry form by clicking here.

Do I need to keep my sales receipt?

Even after you have registered your warranty we recommend keeping your sales receipt from your purchase. Should you need to submit a claim to MFS they will want to use the invoice to confirm which specific furniture needs their care. This information is crucial to successfully servicing your furniture after an accidental stain or damage.

I have a stain on my furniture, who do contact?

MFS requests all claims be submitted within 5 days of accidental stain or damage occurrence. To file a claim simply call their customer service department. Their phone number and hours can be found here.

Why must I report a claim / stain within 5 days?

We want you to have stain free furniture as much as you do! Obviously the sooner we can get to the staining problem the easier it is to be removed. Help us help you by contacting us as soon as an accidental stain or damage occurs!
