Furniture & Appliance Repair Services
All warranties are between customer and manufacturer. Fisher Home Furnishings will adhere to manufacturer warranties only. Manufacturer’s warranty provides coverage under normal usage to the original purchaser only and not to rental, business, commercial, institutional, or other non-residential uses. Customer is responsible for all labor charges if the product is not under warranty. Any warranty claim must be for manufacturing defects and any evidence of abuse, misuse, improper care, or alterations void claims. For more warranty information see the section below on Warranty. For Appliance warranty and repairs we are happy to assist you in coordinating these services.
Prices for Repairs
Local* (see local area in delivery map image) in-home repair: $139 per hour
Travel time outside of Cache Valley add $89 per hour of travel time
In-store repair: $99 per hour. Customer drops off the furniture to our warehouse and picks it up when finished.
Note: Some repairs require us to order parts. Part prices vary by manufacturer and will be an additional cost.
Delivery &Â Installation
How do I Schedule a Delivery?
Deliveries are scheduled with a sales associate after your order is placed. A sales associate will contact you within 1 business day. Once scheduled, you will be given a date of delivery with a window of time in which you will also receive a text or call 30 minutes prior to delivery. (For example if your delivery date is January 1 from 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM you will receive a text message or call during that time giving you 30 minutes notice before the delivery arrives.)
How long does it take for my items to arrive?
For special order items, delivery dates may vary. Please work with your associate to determine the length of time it will take for your specific order item to ship. In-stock furniture and mattresses may be delivered as soon as the next available delivery day! Deliveries are scheduled each day locally and twice a week south of Cache Valley (Ogden and Salt Lake areas).
For items delivered within our local delivery zone (see map), there are two options for delivery:
- Local Curbside DeliverySimple drop-off delivery where items remain boxed and are dropped off at your address.$49* We will not remove old furniture or packaging. Does not include staging items inside the home. If your item arrives damaged it is the responsibility of the customer to report this to customer service within 1 business day. You can report damaged items by texting or calling Customer Service at 435-753-1018 or working with your sales associate.
- Local White Glove DeliveryItems are inspected in our warehouse, assembled, and packaging is removed prior to delivery. Items will be carried into the home and staged as best as possible by our delivery team.*$99* We can not remove old and unwanted furniture or other items. Please work with your sales associate to measure and ensure doorways and hallways are wide enough for this delivery. Some items may not be staged. See store for details.
- Delivery Outside Our Local Delivery ZoneWhite glove delivery: Items are inspected in our warehouse, assembled, and packaging is removed prior to delivery. Items will be carried into the home and staged as best as possible by our delivery team.** We can not remove old and unwanted furniture or other items. Please work with your sales associate to measure and ensure doorways and hallways are wide enough for this delivery. Some items may not be staged. See store for details.Click on image for prices


Warranty
You can’t put a price on peace of mind. Our Expert Protection packages, or Montage, offer extended service for your purchase after the manufacturer's warranty runs out.
There are industry wide warranties on the following:
Leather, upholstery, and case pieces have a one year warranty for manufacturing defects.Manufacturers do not consider balling and peeling on upholstery and leather a warrantable manufacturing defect.

Mattress Warranties
Mattress warranties are facilitated by your sales associate directly with the manufacturer case by case.
